Conga, a Broomfield-based intelligent document automation firm, has announced the acquisition of three companies and $47 million in venture fundraising, according to a company news release.
Conga has taken over Octiv, Orchestrate and Counselytics and received funding from Insight Venture Partners and Salesforce Ventures, the release said.
“The funding will supercharge the development of Conga‘s comprehensive suite of intelligent document automation products,” the release said. “The scope of the Conga suite has grown significantly this year as the company continues to provide additional new productivity features for its customers.”
Conga has also announced several executive-level promotions. Effective immediately, Doug Rybacki is being promoted to chief product officer, Allan Peters is now chief revenue officer, Mark Bales is now chief accounting officer and Mark Fowler is now general counsel, according to the release.
